Ming-xing Ding, Professor, Ph.D, the director of the Teaching Animal Hospital, the vice dean of the Pet Health Research Institute & the director of the Pet Health and Medical Research Center, Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU). Graduated from HZAU, and Obtained B.S degree in veterinary medicine in 1985, M.S degree in veterinary pathology in 1993, and Ph.D in veterinary pharmacology in 2005. Participate in academic work as the vice chairman of the Chinese Association of Veterinary Surgery, the vice chairman of China Veterinary Medicine Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance (Zhong guan cun), the director of the Small Animal Diagnosis and Treatment Professional Committee of Hubei Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine & the Small Animal Diagnosis and Treatment Professional Committee of Wuhan Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, and the member of the Animal Hospital Grading Evaluation Committee of the China Veterinary Association & the Pet Specialist Construction Committee of the China Veterinary Association. Mainly do Research on areas, such as Animal Neurophysiology, Molecular mechanism underlying common animal diseases, and Prevention and control of small animal diseases. Successively presided over 20 projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Major Special Project, National Key Planning Project, and Asian Heart Hospital Cooperation Project, published over 200 scientific articles, 6 books as the chief compiler and 10 books as a coauthor. The taught curriculums were awarded as the National Quality Course, National Quality Resource Sharing Course, and National online first-class courses.
