Chen Hong, female, doctor of engineering, master tutor. The main research areas are in agricultural product processing  equipment, which focus on the postharvest processing technology and equipmentof citrus and other fruits,  integrated irrigation  and watering technology. Chenhong has presided over and participated in research on national key R & D projects, public welfare  industry (agricultural) scientific research projects, the "12th Five-Year Plan" National Science and Technology Support Plan and  Hubei Natural Science Foundation. As the first author and corresponding author, Chenhong has published more than 40 academic  papers in domestic and foreign journals such as "HORTSCIENCE", "Journal of Agricultural Engineering", "Journal of Agricultural  Machinery", including 14 EI and 2 SCI. She has obtained more than 10 national utility model patents, 3 invention patents, and 2  achievements in appraisal. She has been the main editor of one "12th FiveYear Plan" textbooks for national higher agricultural  and forestry colleges, and participated in the compilation of two other textbooks.
