冯耀泽，男，爱尔兰都柏林大学博士毕业，博士生导师，工学院副院长。长期致力于淡水鱼鲜味表型智能检测及锁鲜技术与装备研究。主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年基金、湖北省自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划子课题等多项项目，发表学术论文40余篇。主编（第二）中文教材1部，参编英文教材/专著2部。

Dr.Yaoze Feng joined College of Engineering, HZAU in 2014 as associate professor after obtaining his PhD degree in University College Dublin. He is now a full professor. He is interested in intelligent detection and control technologies, where various advanced sensing technologies (nanobiosensors, NIR MIR and Raman spectroscopy, hyperspectral imaging, computer vision etc.) could be used to determine the quality and safety of food and agricultural products particularly freshwater fish. He also works on development of smart packaging materials, equipment and instruments to improve aquacultural production efficiency.He has secured and participated in research projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Hubei Natural Science Foundation Key programs. He has published more than 40 research papers where 2 are ESI highly cited. He has also edited one textbook and chaptered another two books.
