周东海，男，湖北罗田人，中共党员。博士，华中农业大学副教授、硕士生导师。华中农业大学农学学士、华中农业大学农学博士。中国畜牧兽医学会兽医内科学分会理事；中南地区兽医内科学分会理事；小动物外科学分会会员；武汉市宠物诊疗协会理事；华中农业大学教学动物医院门诊医师兼副院长。长期坚持在科研、教学一线，致力于科学研究、人才培养和平台建设。曾获湖北省自然科学三等奖1项，华中农业大学优秀班主任、教学三等奖等，发表论文近30篇，主编和参编教材4部。
