赵旭宏，华中科技大学管理学博士，华中农业大学经济管理学院企业管理系讲师。主要从事乡村创新创业、人机协同、创新绩效的研究。先后主持或参与国家自科、教育部人文社科等多项课题。在《南开管理评论》、《管理评论》、《管理学报》、《管理工程学报》、《International Journal of Hospitality Management》、《管理科学》等杂志上发表9篇论文；并在管理学顶级会议Academy of Management、International Association for Chinese Management Research上发表论文8篇。美国管理学会（AOM）、中国管理研究国际学会（IACMR）会员，担任《管理学报》、《Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology》等国内外权威期刊审稿人，曾获2025年度AOM会议OB部门优秀审稿人。
