杨细燕,湖北鄂州人,198111月生,博士,华中农业大学植物科学技术学院教授,博士生导师,作物遗传改良全国重点实验室棉花遗传改良创新团队成员。研究方向为棉花抗逆生物学,围绕棉花抗非生物逆境(抗旱)的遗传调控和分子基础,开展相关性状的遗传研究、关键基因的克隆和机理解析,并进行抗逆种质资源的创新与应用。以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在Plant CellPlant Biotechnol JPlant PhysiolJ Exp BotCrop J等杂志发表论文40篇,参与发表论文20多篇,被引1300多次,包括1篇《The Crop Journal》高被引论文、3篇高被引论文和1F1000创新点评论文。主持课题14项,其中国家级课题7项(含国家自然科学基金3项、国家重点研发计划子课题3项),参编英文专著2部、教材5部(其中共同主编1部)。授权专利7项,获软件著作权1项,获批中间试验材料41份。获国家科技进步二等奖(序11)、教育部自然科学一等奖(序4)和二等奖(序2)、大北农科技奖一等奖(序8)、神农中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队(序10)。

开设课程:分子生物学,生物技术综合实验高级植物育种理论与技术

 

研究内容

1)棉花抗逆(抗旱、耐盐、耐高低温)的生理与分子机制及调控网络:从全基因组水平及遗传连锁等不同层面解析棉花抗逆(旱)的调控网络,结合传统表型性状、根系特征及数字化表型解析棉花抗逆(旱)的遗传基础。从遗传、蛋白和生理生化水平阐释重要候选基因的功能,解析重要候选基因参与的信号通路和调控网络。

2)逆境胁迫下棉花根系的可塑性发育:在对棉花根系分型的基础上,确定棉花根系建成的特点,并结合逆境条件研究根系的可塑性发育,挖掘调控棉花根系构型和可塑性发育的关键位点,解析重要候选基因参与的信号通路和调控网络。

3)土壤微生物与植物抗逆:研究发现干旱对棉花根际微生物种群动态有重要影响,并筛选出根际有益促生菌并解析其促生机理,通过宏基因组测序及微生物培养体系等解析土壤、棉花根系与土壤微生物间的相互作用机制,并通过利用根际促生微生物来改良土壤环境、提高棉花根系水分利用效率等。(4)抗逆棉花种质资源的创新与应用:在遗传解析的基础上,结合团队的分子育种体系和平台,将重要基因应用于棉花抗逆性遗传改良。
