Wan Xingyu, born in 1991, doctor of engineering, is mainly engaged in scientific research on modern agricultural equipment and computer measurement & control. He is devoted to the  research of rapeseed mechanized harvesting technology and development of related equipment. 

Wan Xingyu has presided over 6 national and provincial scientific research projects, including National Natural Science Fondation Project, China Postdoctoral Science Foundaion Project, etc. He has published 13 high-level scientific research papers as the first author, and have been granted more than 10 national invention patents.  As a reward for his work, Wan Xingyu was given 4 scientific research awards, including the first prize of Science and Technology Progress Award of Hubei Province
