Wang Shucai (born January,1966) is a professor and Ph.D supervisor at Huazhong Agricultural University’s School of Engineering. He is the secretary-general of Asian Egg Association and one of the “Top ten outstanding persons” in the 2nd Chinese Egg Processing Industry. He received his Ph.D degree from HZAU in 2006 and teaches courses including Engineering Graphics and Mechanical Principles, etc. His research interests cover the processing equipment technique of agricultural products, particular in the field of egg processing equipment. Dr. Wang has published 42 academic essays as the first author, among them 4 essays have been included in SCI, and 8 in EI. He has hosted various national projects including 863 projects, NSFC, National Key Research and Development Projects, 948 projects and so on. He has been granted 19 invention patents and as a tutor, he leads students to attend the University Mechanical Innovation Design Competition, winning 2 national first prizes and 8 provincial first prizes.
