植物与线虫互作分子机制及绿色防控技术研究
在基础研究方面，以水稻-拟禾本科根结线虫为互作系统，开展植物中碳分配介导线虫侵染和定殖发育的分子机制，以及线虫取食位点发育分子机制研究。同时，解析黄瓜连作导致黄瓜连作障碍形成和黄瓜线虫病害加重的微生态机制。在应用研究方面，以商业化应用的生防真菌淡紫紫孢菌为研究对象，进一步挖掘淡紫紫孢菌生防潜力，克服淡紫紫孢菌孢子常温储存期短技术瓶颈。
