个人简介
涂礼莉,华中农业大学教授,棉花育种团队骨干成员,湖北省杰青,新疆天池英才特聘教授。一直从事棉花纤维发育机制的研究及优质棉花材料的创制。利用海岛棉优质基因改良陆地棉品质,克隆并验证了大量功能基因,描绘了优质纤维形成的调控网络,创制了优质棉花种质;从全基因组水平解析纤维发育机制,并鉴定优质纤维相关QTL并开发KASP标记辅助棉花基因组育种;构建了包括1000多个纤维发育相关转录因子突变体库,结合空间转录组单细胞转录解析纤维起始分化及次生壁增厚的TF调控层级网络,并创制了优质材料。相关结果作为通讯作者/第一作者发表在Nature Genetics(2篇)、Plant Cell、 Developmental Cell等高水平的期刊。作为主要参与人培育出高产、优质、多抗的棉花品种4个。作为主要完成人获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项、省部级一等奖4项,是农业农村部神农优秀创新团队骨干成员。同时负责对口援疆石河子大学“棉花生物育种”院士工作站的管理与运行。
