Patent description:本发明提供了马铃薯StLecRK VI.1与StTET8基因及其在改良晚疫病抗性中的应用，在马铃薯中干涉凝集素类受体激酶StLecRK VI.1基因能够提高马铃薯晚疫病抗性，而且马铃薯中干涉该基因没有明显表型变化。StLecRK VI.1与正调控晚疫病抗性的蛋白StTET8互作且能导致互作蛋白StTET8的蛋白表达量降低。因此，通过干涉StLecRK VI.1基因和（或）过表达StTET8基因可提高马铃薯晚疫病抗性。
