邵佳，武汉大学工学博士，曾赴悉尼大学人工智能中心交流，现为华中农业大学信息学院讲师。主要从事计算机视觉和机器学习在卫星遥感数据上的应用，已在IEEE TIP、IEEE TGRS、IEEE ICME等国际刊物上发表论文10余篇，担任IEEE TMM，IEEE TGRS、IEEE TIP等多媒体和图像处理领域国际权威期刊的审稿人，AAAI和IJCAI等人工智能领域顶会的PC/Reviewer。目前主持校自主创新基金1项。
