全源,华中农业大学信息学院副研究员,博士生导师、农业生物信息湖北省重点实验室副主任。入选第九届中国科协“青年人才托举工程”、2022年“武汉英才”、华中农业大学硕彦计划青年英才B岗。
主要研究领域为人工智能生物医学及进化生物医学,在进化启发的疾病致病机制解析、药物/靶标发现等方面开展了系列研究。以第一作者/通讯作者在生物信息学及计算机领域Trends in Genetics、Medicinal Research Reviews、Drug Discovery Today、IJCAI等期刊发表SCI或CCF A类会议论文30余篇,参与申请8项专利获得中国或国际授权。近年来主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划子课题,校自主创新基金、博后面上项目及多项横向课题。
