Dr Wang PENG is an associate professor in College of Engineering, Huazhong Agricultural University. He received his B.E. from Wuhan University of Technology in 2010 and Ph.D. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2017. He was a visiting scholar in Prof. Brian T. Cunningham’s Nano Sensors Group in University of Illinois at Urbana and Champaign (UIUC), USA, from 2014 to 2016, focusing on photonic crystal based biosensors, with the sponsorship from China Scholarship Council (CSC). He served as a postdoctoral fellow in the State Key Laboratory of Digital Manufacturing Equipment and Technology of HUST, from 2017 to 2020. Currently, his research interests include robotic tactile sensing, flexible nanophotonics, photonic crystal based biosensors.
