• 梁方，男，工学博士，副教授。2006-2010年于石河子大学攻读机械设计制造及其自动化专业学士学位，2010-2015年于中国农业大学攻读机械设计及理论专业博士学位，2015年7月至今任教于华中农业大学。主要从事智能农机装备设计与试验：针对油菜播前水稻秸秆与收后油菜秸秆还田，进行秸秆机械化还田技术与装备研发应用研究，聚焦耕作部件与土壤作用关系，进行旋耕刀具减阻优化与秸秆土壤空间解析调控，服务油菜耕播机械化生产，同时，开展丘陵山地茶园侧位深施肥、荸荠鲜食去皮、油茶青果低损剥壳分离技术与装备研发，服务区域特色农业发展。主持国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金、校自主课题4项，参与国家重点研发计划子课题、湖北省农业科技创新行动等课题5项，发表论文11篇，申报专利21件。

Liang Fang, male, PHD. of Engineering, Associate Professor. From September 2006 to July 2010 got B.S of Mechanical Engineering and Automation in Shi He Zi University, and from September 2010 to July 2015 got PH.D of Design and Theory of Mechanism in China Agricultural University. At the begin of July 2015 worked in Huazhong Agricultural University. Mainly focused on the designing and experiment of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment：To realize the rice stubble incorporation before the rape seeding and the rape stubble incorporation after harvesting, studied on the technology and equipment of the stubble incorporation by machine, focused on the relationship between the tillage tools and the soil, reducing the force of the rotary tillage blades by optimization, expressing and controlling the stubble spatial distribution in the soil, serving for the mechanization of the rape tillage and seeding. Meanwhile, researched on the lateral deep fertilization of the tea garden in hilly area, fully automatic feeling machine for water chestnuts, and shelling and separation machine for camellia oleifera, supporting the regional agricultural development. Hosted 4 research projects, including one project provided by the National Natural Science Foundation and two projects provided by the Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and one project provided by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, participated in 3 research projects provided by the national key R & D plans. Published 11 papers and applied for 21 patents.
