近年来主讲《高等数值分析》、《数学建模》、《高等工程数学》、《微分方程数值解》、《大数据与云计算》、《微积分A》等课程。主持了线上课程《数值逼近》（中国大学MOOC）的建设，主持校教改项目1项。
从事介观格子Boltzmann数值方法及应用方面的相关研究。参与国家自然科学基金，校自主创新基金等多项，发表论文多篇。指导学生参加数学建模竞赛，获国际、国家及省级奖励多项。
