陈倩,女,华中农业大学经济与管理学院企业管理系副教授,2019年6月于华中科技大学管理学院获得博士学位。科研经历还包括华中科技大学管理学院博士后,法国里昂商学院访问学者。研究兴趣为信息系统、人工智能、社会化商务、消费者心理与行为等。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目“用户视角下AIGC应用中的AI伦理研究:测量模型、影响机制与应对策略(72371112)”、主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“智联网环境下智能客服服务质量的测量模型与提升机制研究(72001085)”、主持中国博士后科学基金项目 “智能客服成功模型的开发:基于服务质量的视角(2020M682430)”,参与国家自然科学基金重点项目2项和国家社会科学基金资助重大项目1项。陈倩老师European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, Journal of Business Research, Internet Research, International Journal of Information Management,ACM Transactions on Computer-Human Interaction 等JCR一区国际期刊上发表多篇SSCI与SCI论文。为多个SSCI期刊包括 Decision Support Systems,Information & Management, Information Technology & PeopleJCR一区国际期刊的审稿人。 讲授《企业数字化转型与创新》、《写作与沟通》、《管理信息系统》、《创新管理》 等课程。陈倩老师热爱科研与教学工作,注重理论与实践相结合、科研前沿与教学的融合。
